Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any FieldDone Check purchase.

• Single-purchase checklists are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-transferable once purchased.
• Custom checklist fees (for a checklist we write for you) are not refundable.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give prorated refunds for the rest of that period.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service (see Section 16).

If you were charged by mistake, or for something you did not buy, email support@fielddone.com and we will look into it.
